FWIW
Apex has always been one of the better sketching programs out there, but their latest version, Medina, is the best one I've ever used. If you haven't tried it, you should check it out. There are some sketching programs out on the market that are flat out terrible and painful to use, but that's not the case with Medina. It's powerful and easy to use. Sometimes the grass is greener on the other side. And no, I'm not a reseller, just trying to make another appraiser's work easier.
